Alle SYSTEM 54 Tenor saxofoons zijn met de hand gegraveerd.
Ze worden standard geleverd met:
System 54 Lightcase, BG draagriem,  standard mondstuk met rietbinder en beschermkap.
 
POWER BELL R-SERIES "Core"  (Gerolde toongaten)
Veel saxofonisten zoeken naar de dragende en warme toon zoals deze van de
beroemde Franse saxofoons uit de jaren -40 tot en met -60.
Dit is exact de klank die de R-Series Core tenor U biedt.
De combinatie van de standaard boring met een brede beker en omgerolde
klankgaten is uniek.
De perfecte ligging van de kleppen en de zeer goede stemming maken deze
saxofoons zeer gegeerd.
Deze saxofoons zijn zeer geschikt voor Jazz, Blues, Ballades en alle andere
muziekstijlen waar een geconcentreerde modieuze saxofoon klank wordt vereist.
Massief gebouwd met extra grote Power Bell.
Stelschroefjes voor de linker-en rechterhand. 
Verstelbare metalen duimsteun.
Polsters met metalen resonators.
Dubbele kleparmen aan de lage Do en Si 
 
PURE BRASS VINTAGE VINTAGE GOLD DARK GOLD BLACK ICE

Pure Brass,
Ongelakt maar voorzien van een behandeling waardoor de zeer donkere
verkleuring ontstaat. Deze kleur zal in de loop van de tijd veranderen in een
matte en persoonlijke 'patina'

Vintage Gold
Een zeer donkere goudlak zoals die gebruikt werd in de jaren 50. Herinnerd
aan die prachtig donker gelakte Franse saxofoons uit de jaren veertig en vijftig.
Die onovertroffen finish is helaas nooit meer verschenen. Tot nu: De Vintage
Gold finish heeft dezelfde uitstraling!
 

Black Ice,
Zwart vernikkeld. Deze nikkel afwerking geeft de saxofoon niet alleen een
moderne uitstraling maar geeft meer 'edge' aan de sound

BEN WAGHON

   
Ben Waghorn started playing in local jazz bands
in his home town of Bristol at the age of
fourteen, before joining London based hard bop
drummer Tommy Chase in 1989.

Ben is an Edition Records artist and is featured
heavily with the Dave Stapleton Quartet on the
album ‘The House always wins’, which was
released to critical acclaim in 2007.
He is also currently performing with the Dave
Stapleton Trio and Duo, Andy Hague Quintet
and Big Band, Resonation Big Band, Jim
Blomfield’s band Septimbre, and Pedalmania with Hammond Organist John
Paul Gard –a new album to be released very soon. He has played alongside
John Critchenson, John Etheridge, Damon Brown, Andy Sheppard, Gilad
Atzmon and Steve Waterman and has played at many Jazz Festivals nationally
and Internationally.
